You agree to use the Site solely for lawful purposes, and you must comply with all applicable local, state, and national laws. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

  • Engaging in any illegal activity or selling illegal goods, including prohibited crops or substances.
  • Posting harmful, misleading, or offensive content.
  • Engaging in any unauthorized data scraping, hacking, or attempts to interfere with the functioning of the Site.
  • Violating any intellectual property rights.
  • Posting pornographic or explicit content. Evocultiva.org does not accept any form of pornographic material and reserves the right to remove such content and terminate accounts of those who violate this policy.

Evocultiva.org reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site if any of the above activities are detected. We cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities if illegal activities are suspected, including the sale of drugs or other illegal crops. We are not responsible for any actions taken by farmers or users who engage in illegal activities on the Site.

Evocultiva.org is a platform that connects buyers with farmers who offer their products on the marketplace (AlimentaMapa). While we strive to ensure the accuracy of the information about products listed on the Site, including descriptions, pricing, and availability, we do not guarantee that all information is accurate or error-free. Evocultiva.org reserves the right to modify or correct product details at any time without prior notice.

Please note that Evocultiva.org is not directly responsible for any products sold through AlimentaMapa (the farmer marketplace). The products listed for sale are offered by independent farmers. We act as an intermediary and mediate any issues or disputes that arise between buyers and farmers.

If a product is unavailable or out of stock after an order has been placed, you will be notified, and we will offer alternatives, backordering options, or a full refund.

By placing an order on the Site, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. Once your order is received, we will confirm its receipt and begin processing the payment. However, Evocultiva.org reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons such as pricing errors, product availability issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.

All payments must be made in full before any goods are shipped. If your payment fails, your order will not be processed until the payment is successfully completed.

Please note that Evocultiva.org does not handle the shipping of products sold through AlimentaMapa (the farmer marketplace). Shipping is the responsibility of the individual farmers. Evocultiva.org will mediate any shipping-related issues but does not handle fulfillment directly. On the other hand, for products purchased from the **Evocultiva Store** (our store), shipping is handled directly by us.

Evocultiva.org processes and ships orders within 7 working days. Shipping costs and methods depend on your delivery location and the items you order. You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as weather, customs, or carrier delays. We are not responsible for any delays caused by third-party carriers.

For international shipments, you may be responsible for any additional customs duties, taxes, or fees depending on your country of residence.

While Evocultiva.org is not directly responsible for shipping, we will mediate any disputes or issues between buyers and farmers regarding the delivery of products.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you must contact Evocultiva.org within 3 working days of receiving your order to initiate a return or refund process. Returns and refunds are processed through our dispute resolution channel.

Once your return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.). Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or there was an error in fulfillment.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds or exchanges if the item is damaged, used, or not in its original packaging.

Refunds are processed directly to the original payment method.

If you have any issues or concerns regarding your order, please contact Evocultiva.org directly through our dispute resolution channel. We aim to resolve disputes in a fair and timely manner. If a resolution cannot be reached, we may suggest alternative dispute resolution methods, such as mediation or arbitration.

If legal action is necessary, disputes will be handled in accordance with the laws of the local farm you purchaed from, and the courts in the farms region will have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings.
